Module 4 : ONBOARDING
Starting a new employment can be both an exciting and intimidating experience. You will move from feelings of exhilaration to crisis of confidence. We will work with you over this period supporting you and enabling you to reflect on how you are managing the transition. We will be a critical friend supporting you through your initial weeks of employment.
Working with you over a four to five week period, our approach ensures a minimum of two hours of exclusive 1:1 support for you. Over this period you would be working on a range of tools and exercises enabling you to align your relevant skills, experiences and talent to the requirements and attributes of the role.
