He has a keen understanding of corporate frustrations with graduate intakes and the limitations of capability development efforts of graduate programmes. A Sociology graduate and a MBA, Dipayan is a Level B certified assessor of the British Psychological Society. He holds Chartered Fellow membership of the CIPD and is a trained coach and facilitator
Tony is an experienced coach and leadership development professional with a particular understanding of the higher education sector having worked at the University of Southampton as Head of Staff Development. He has designed and implemented innovative and successful leadership development for senior and middle management enhancing organisational leadership capability and performance. Tony believes that success is possible only when individuals and organisations are perfectly aligned. He coaches individuals and facilitates groups through the complex situations they face in order to create workable solutions. He is a trained workplace mediator.
